Bodija is one of the most popular places in Ibadan. It gained recognition with the development of like named high brow estate shortly after the Independence of Nigeria. There are two of such estates within the region. Old Bodija and New Bodija. The estate is home to many popular schools within the state. It also houses the Bodija Market which is one of the largest Markets in Ibadan.

Agodi G.R.A
Agodi G.R.A is a First Class residential neighbourhood in Ibadan. It prides itself as the seat and home of power. It is home to the Oyo State secretariat which houses the Governor’s Office is in Agodi G.R.A— the government house, the deputy governor’s house and the first’s lady office are all domiciled in this G.R.A. Agodi GRA is a serene clear-clean and luxurious neighborhood. From inception till date, the neighbourhood has maintained a purely residential status.

Oluyole Estate
Oluyole Estate in Ibadan is under Ibadan South West Local Government Area of Oyo State. Oluyole Estate is located in the heart of Ibadan on Ring Road.It is a blend of upper and middle-class Ibadan residents. Living in Oluyole is averagely affordable. It is a few minutes drive from the Legendary Liberty Stadium. Because of its central location, Oluyole is loved by a lot of people.The road network is good. A small sized prime residential neighbourhood, Onireke G.R.A is the resident’s and investor’s delight because of its proximity to Dugbe (the CBD), the Ibadan Recreation Club, Golf Club and Magazine Road, of which the Lebanese have substantial warehouses.
