Official Statement:
The developers of the Plush Estate Magodo GRA would like to address an article published in the Punch Newspaper on the 12th and 13th of November 2019 citing that the commencement of development of the land which is meant to be developed has resulted to the ‘loss of lives and property’ among other claims.
As credible developers, we refute such claims and inform the general public that all necessary permits were filed and official permissions have been observed. The said land is covered by Lagos State Gazette no 11 Vol 30 May 1st 1997 and as such is not a ‘greenbelt’ of the Magodo Zone community.
In the article, it is also alleged that the land is a ‘gorge’ This is false and untrue. Our development is no way close to the Gorge and What we are offering potential residents will incorporate amenities like perimeter fencing, gate house, interlocked roads, green areas, street light, and water supply and with an excellent drainage system and we intent to make the estate a safe and conducive living environment.
We find that the publication is biased and aimed at destroying our brand and business in a typical case of media bullying. The Plush is not in a gorge, does not block any canal, neither has it led to any loss of lives/ properties. We are not land grabbers, neither are we fraudulent.
There was a press conference yesterday by our subscribers and investors which will be aired on NTA, TVC and also to be published in the Guardian, Vanguard, Punch, This day, Nigerian News Agency among others (we will share appropriate links with you as soon as they are out)
We are currently in talks with all parties and We have made significant progress by clearing the air of all fabricated and untrue story, we are very committed to delivering best in class real estate investment solutions to all our stakeholders.
